Drippin Diamonds was founded by cousins Riko Cookin Bass and Juju F'n Baby, two artists who grew up surrounded by the rich and diverse music culture of New York throughout the 1990s. Coming from families with strong DJ backgrounds, music was always more than just entertainment—it was a way of life. From hip-hop and R&B to dance, club music, reggae, Latin influences, and everything in between, we were exposed to a wide range of sounds from an early age.

That foundation gave us the versatility to create music without limits. Rather than being confined to a single genre, we embrace creativity and draw inspiration from multiple styles, allowing us to develop a sound that is uniquely our own.

What started as a dream between two cousins quickly became a reality. Within our first year of releasing music, we began building a loyal fanbase, performing at open mics, competing in showcases, and making our mark throughout the independent music scene. Through dedication, consistency, and a commitment to our craft, we've gone on to win more than 15 competitions, showcases, and live performance events, proving that hard work and belief in your vision can open doors.

Today, Drippin Diamonds is more than just an independent record label. It's a creative movement built around music, culture, entrepreneurship, and self-expression. From production, recording, mixing, and mastering to merchandise, visual content, and live performances, we continue to push ourselves to create at the highest level while inspiring others to pursue their passions.
